WSJ's Kelly Evans interviewed Gluskin Sheff's Chief Economist David Rosenberg:
- the chances of a double-dip recession are greater than 50-50;
- the recession may not have ended last year at all;
- call for the cutting of corporate taxes to spur job growth.
