Barth Is `Haircutting' Earnings Outlook on Uncertainty

Marvin Barth, chief investment strategist at Tennenbaum Capital Partners, talks with Bloomberg's Margaret Brennan about the outlook for corporate earnings and legislation overhauling U.S. financial regulation. Barth says he's "haircutting" projections for earnings growth because "there's still a lot of uncertainty out there."
